Draft Bill

Senator Stephanie Chang's office wrote a draft bill to update Michigan's current seclusion and restraint law.  This bill would prohibit seclusion, restrict restraint, provide clarity, and increase oversight, training, data, safeguards, and guidance in Michigan law.
